How does it work?
It is simple. All you need to do is join the brokerage RealtyParc by signing the standard independent contractor agreement forms. Your license will be activated with the Florida DBPR. Once active, you will refer your clients to the Broker, who will personally manage them. We will cover the expenses to list and market the seller’s homes, and will also tour and handle the purchases of home buyers.
Once a transaction closes and the commission has been deposited, you will receive a 25% of the net commission received.
How much will it cost me?
The cost to you is nominal. We charge $95 per year to help cover for the administrative expenses. That’s it!
Can I still work the real estate business?
No. RealtyParc is strictly a referring brokerage. Just hand us the referrals and relax – we’ll do all the work!

How do I report my earnings in my yearly taxes?
You will receive a 1099 at the beginning of each year, if you have earned over $500 the previous year, which you will have to report in your tax return as an independent contractor.
Do I have to join the MLS or association of Realtors®?
No and that’s the beauty of it. Because RealtyParc is not a member of the local association or MLS, you will not be required to join it. Hence, saving you hundreds of dollars.
